Content Standards

- Take any action we deem necessary to protect the integrity and security of the Services
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone using the Servicesv
We may investigate any reported violation of this AUP and take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting suspected illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to us at info@yglaw.co.za. When reporting a violation, please provide:
- Your contact information
- A description of the alleged violation
- Any supporting evidence or documentation
- The location (URL) where the violation occurred, if applicable
We take all reports seriously and will investigate each complaint thoroughly. We aim to respond to all reports within 5 business days.
Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- A formal warning
- Temporary or permanent blocking of your access to the Services
- Removal of any content that violates this AUP
- Legal action, including seeking damages and injunctive relief
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
We may take these actions without prior notice to you. The severity of the response will be determined based on the nature and severity of the violation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yolanda Gail and Associates (PTY) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of this AUP or your use of the Services.
